WHERE'S SCOTT?

State Treasurer John Kennedy appeared on the Moon Griffon radio show Friday to discuss the Louisiana governor's race.

One of the subjects discussed was Scott Angelle's mysterious absence in the Louisiana governor's race. Rather than endorse a candidate, he appears to be in hiding!

"A non-endorsement is an endorsement. It speaks volumes. I think he owes it to his supporters to take a position," Kennedy told Griffon.

Kennedy reiterated points that he's made in numerous interviews lately.

He believes that Edwards is a good man and is thankful to his service to our country. He also believes that Edwards wishes to do what is right for the state.

But the state treasurer has concerns with Edwards' voting record.

Kennedy told Griffon that "John Bel Edwards has a liberal voting record. That's not an insult. That's just a fact."

Griffon said that while he still thinks Jay Dardenne is a liberal Republican, he gives him credit for "Manning up" and taking a position by endorsing John Bel Edwards.

He believes that Dardenne's decision took guts, which Angelle seems to be lacking at this time.
